"My American Girls"

This is a documentary film about the immigrant family of five from the Dominican Republic. Sandra and her husband have a plan to go back to their country after the youngest daugher enter college. And they're building a nice house in Dominica, these hopes make them stand the hard life. Sandra works hard for 15 hours a day to realize their dreams. she's working for cleaning at the hospital and doctor' office in Brooklyn.
She's proud of her first daughter, Monica, 21-year-old, who graduate from Columbia University. Monica is a web designer in Manhattan, and she's acting in independent film on weekends as well. And Sandra's second daugher, 16 years old, is a 1st-year student of high school, she has a part-time job in McDonald's.
But, unlike 2 daughers, the youngest daugher is in a trouble with her study. she doesn't do very well in her schoolwork. So she often gets a scolding from mom.
In the last part of this film, after Sandra's family having a vacation, they go back to their repeating everyday hard life.
During watching this film, I was thinking that Sandra is a lucky and happy person. Even though her life is hard, she has a dream, and it's coming true.

All that glitters

This is an episode 15 of Sex and the city Season4. Carry and Aidan love so much each other, but when he pop the question to her, she hesitates the answer. At first, they think that she is confused at vague fear of marriage. Then she tries on wedding dress just for fun with her friend Miranda,but at the moment she can't breath for no particular reason. After all, she tears up the dress. And then she realized that she is not ready to get married.
Everyone feels vague fear of marriage just before get married, even though they love so much each other.

"Red List"sheds light on species extinction crisis

An endangered species face a very high risk of extinction, so scientists have released an updated list of the world's most endangered plants and animals. It's called the Red List. The 2007 list is the longest ever with entries for a total 41,415 plants and animals. It shows that gorilla, Asian crocodiles and coral reefs are in a lot of trouble.

Due to global warming, indiscrimiate hunting, and so forth, many valuable species are confronted with an extinction. Believe it or not, great apes are often hunted by people for selling their meat. wooo~ It is sooo cruel!

Mission Impossible 3

Mission impossible is one of the most famous and loved action movies. Tom cruise stars as Ethan Hunt who faces his deadliest adversary, a weapons dealer named Owen Davin. Ethan leaps into spectacular adventure from Rome to Shanghai as he races to rescue a captured agent and stop davian from eliminating Ethan's wife.

Is there a person like Ethan who can do everything? He's a everyone' hope, but I don't believe that there exists an invincible superman like a Ethan, Tom Cruse. Whilw I was watching the movie, I couldn't stop thinking of that. Anyway, the explosion scene on the bridge was never shown. mmmmm..... will they make " Mission impossible4?"

Movie: Music and Lyrics

I enjoy watching movies, I can learn somethings from it, through the description of another's psychology, personality and life. I prefer action movies to romantic comedy. But , what I'm gonna write is about the romantic comedy movie 'Music and Lysics'. Because the music is good and Drew Barrymore performs her part with brilliance.

Alex, Hugh Grant, who was one of the most famous singer in 1980's, is waiting for a come back chance. And Cola Calman, who is much more famous than Britney Spears, suggests him duet concert, on condition that Alex make a song for duet. But he already backed out to write a song, besides when it comes to lyrics, he is a beginner. At this moment, Sophie, Drew Barrymore, comes to his place for giving water to the plants, that's a kind of part time job. Alex finds out her talents in lyrics and he suggests her partnership, then they make the song together. and they fall in love with each other.

This is a common romantic comedy movie, the first part of the movie reminds me the DuranDuran, 1980's famous group. Alex's fashion, dance, and music video are so funny and tacky, but 'way back into love', the main theme song, express well the love of Alex and Sophie.
